The new brand identity and personality we created for SilverChef hit the sweet spot both internally and externally. Anecdotally the client has been receiving fantastic feedback from the industry.
What needed to be done?
SilverChef was going through a major change. They were shedding some of their side businesses to clearly communicate their core business of being a specialist in hospitality funding. Multiple logos and mixed messaging are a recipe for failure. We needed to get focused.
How we did it
By taking SilverChef through our bespoke branding workshop, together were we able to distill a brand personality that would resonate with customers. Out of the workshop came the brand essence, Don’t Dream. Do. While there are lots of reasons hospitality entrepreneurs don’t follow their dreams, thanks to SilverChef, not being able to get the right equipment is not one of them. SilverChef now has a clear brand story that connects with the hearts and minds across the spectrum of their messaging.
