With their unique and distinctive style, Luxxbox is kind of like the furniture designer version of us – they can’t be boxed in either.

For the past 10 years Luxxbox has created unique furniture and lighting that has always kept them ahead of the curve. They definitely didn’t need any help being successful, but what they did need was a brand refresh to make sure their branding was keeping up with their modern and imaginative personality. And it was up to us to do what we do best and think outside the box.

What we did

We collaborated with Jason and Kara (the owners), staff, suppliers and customers in brand strategy workshops. These workshops, coupled with our understanding of their brand history, gave us the information we needed to develop a subtle yet effective brand refresh. This included defining the brand archetype, brand positioning line, website, logo, business cards and digital banners. It was a comprehensive brand toolbox that was able to set them up for the roll out of all future creative.

The new brand launch was a part of their 10-year anniversary, so when you’re “designing for designers” for such a big event it’s a little bit nerve-racking.
